Buyer Map: Wehaa
Prepared for Kevin Collins | Wehaa | October 2026
As of Oct 9, 2026. Counts from published federal statistics on US companies, dated in the notes at the foot
This page maps the US media companies that could buy white-label digital revenue products like yours. Your own pages are written for publishers with print advertisers, readers and a Readers' Choice poll, so the first two groups are newspaper and magazine publishers. The last two are the local radio and TV broadcasters that also sell to local advertisers. Each group is sized by company and by the number of staff, and lists the roles that usually sign. It says nothing about which of them Wehaa already works with.

What no public count reaches
Three questions this page cannot answer from a count, said in words rather than shown as numbers.
Media companies in Canada. Your site says you serve media companies across North America. The counts here are US only, and the Canadian publishers and broadcasters would be added from Canada's own business statistics in the named version.
Digital-only local news sites. A local news site with no print edition and no license sits in a federal industry code shared with web portals and other online publishers, so no clean count of them exists. They are found one by one.
Who already sells digital through a partner. No public list says which publishers run their own classifieds, Best Of or banner programs and which buy them in, so the rows above count every company in the group at its size.

Denominators, definitions and sources
- Company counts are employer firms in the federal annual statistics of US businesses, 2022, the newest year published. A firm is every location under one owner. Staff is paid employees across the whole firm in the mid-March 2022 pay period. Companies with no paid staff are not counted.
- Industry codes: 511110 newspaper publishers; 511120 periodical publishers; 515112 radio stations; 515120 television broadcasting.
- The groups follow your own site, which is written for publishers and says it serves media companies. Built from published federal statistics, counts banded deliberately. Figures of 100 and over are rounded to two significant figures, figures from 10 to 99 to the nearest ten.
The named version of this page, the actual companies inside a row, is built one row at a time. If you want to walk through a row together, pick a time at cal.com/ecg. Prepared by Matthew, matthew@enquirerconsulting.com.
